Description: Santee Ms Impulse is a sorrel white over hips filly by A Stars Journey AQHA by World Champion A Sudden Star by A Sudden Impulse. The dam of A Stars Journey is by St Thermo Doc; the grandam is by Investors Choice by The Investor and the greatgrandam is Mac's Silver Spike AQHA. I bought A Stars Journey primarily for the genetic strength that he has through his dam. He is a double bred The Investor through his sire and dam, but Mac's Silver Spike was a terrific sire of western pleasure horses. The movement that he sired is the movement that is desired today. I have never seen a stallion that was as a strong breeder of movement as Mac's Silver Spike. Her dam is Santee St Naomi by Summers Agent AQHA. Her dam is a small loud colored mare out of Santee Ruth by Tough Plaudit. Summers Agent is still active at 26 years of age and is an excellent mover. The daughters of Summers Agent are producing many of our best POAs. They are bred for their performance ability, but yet retaining excellent conformation. This filly is very elegant and a pretty mover.
